First of all, I really like the way your work looks in "small view". All the elements(light blobs, warm colours, character style and my favourite part - axe) adds up and gives nice and very pleasing look.

The biggest problem, in my opinion, is that when you look at the picture in full view, all small mistakes stands out too much, especially eyebrows and mouth. Eyebrows are a bit sloppy, thick black lines and it kills all picture. Same goes for mouth(just line thickness is different though). I would suggest to draws eyebrows with more realism and mouth shouldn't be black(maybe very dark skin tone would do the trick).

I spotted few other "issues" too. For example: it seems like left hand is twisted in some strange way(unless it doesn't hold axe and it just stands on his own), the white highlight on the ground(right side, below orange light blob) seems out of place, because all the lights are either green or orange.

In the end - I like this picture. And I like that you decided to use multiple light sources. Good work, keep it up.
